How many bags are offered during a sale?
-For handmade items, there are 10-20 of each design available.
For preorders, there are usually 20+ bags offered.
How to clean bags?
-To clean your bag, simply use a damp cloth and gently wipe away any marks or stains.
For clear concert bags, use a little bit of oil to remove any markings.
Customs or personalized orders?
-Currently, I am not offering custom orders.
Do your offer returns or refunds?
-Yes, if an item is damaged or you want to return your item I will gladly refund you with the exception of shipping fees. For returns there is a 15% restocking fee. Please contact me within 7 days of your delivery date if there are any issues with your order.
How do preorders work?
-Preorders have a 10-13 week turnaround time. Once you preorder I cannot offer refunds after a 24 hour period.
How long till an order is shipped?
-Preorders ship once they arrive and are inspected. Preorders take 10-13 weeks to arrive so there is no definite shipping time frame for preorders.
Ready to Ship items will ship out within 3-4 business days.

How do I go about a return, exchange, or damaged item?
-If you have any issues with your order, please contact me via email within 7 days of delivery date. Please note handmade and 3rd party bags may have minor flaws and will not always be allowed a return, exchange, or refund. If you are not satisfied with your bag you may return it and all included accessories for a partial refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee.
